Meet Dr. Harwood

With 37 years of specialized Micro-Endodontic experience, Dr. Harwood brings a wealth of knowledge, precision, and patient-centered care to our team. Dr. Harwood has an impressive background, having spent his career in private practice in Manhattan, where he developed a strong reputation for excellence in complex endodontic cases. He is one of the pioneers in microscope endodontics, as one of the first to incorporate the use of the dental operating microscope into practice. His dedication to providing pain-free, efficient, and thorough treatment aligns perfectly with our commitment to offering exceptional care to your patients. Dr. Harwood also taught endodontics at Tufts University School of Medicine, New York University School of Dentistry and at Metropolitan Hospital Center.

On the personal front, Dr. Harwood and his wife Linda are very involved in the lives of their three teenage children and large extended family. He is also an Eagle Scout and volunteers as the Scoutmaster of Troop 267 and the Boy Scouts’ National Honor Society, where he instills in his scouts the ethical and leadership lessons he’s learned over the years.

He also happens to be a great cook and a fabulous dancer!
