Meet Dr. Bruckner
Dr. Joseph A. Bruckner received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Yeshiva University, where he graduated cum laude. He then graduated from the Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine and has demonstrated clinical and diagnostic skill throughout his dental, post-doctorate, and endodontic training. Dr. Bruckner has extensive experience with treating geriatric, pediatric, and dental phobic patients, and he has been recognized as board eligible by the American Board of Endodontics. A knowledgeable Roslyn endodontist, Dr. Bruckner received the Quintessence Award for excellence in academics and research achievements.
Studying at an advanced post-doctorate level during his general practice residency at the Stony Brook University Hospital allowed Dr. Bruckner to become proficient in all disciplines of dentistry. His keen interest in treatment planning makes him a highly regarded specialist to consult with on difficult cases even outside of the realm of Endodontics.
He was awarded the Certificate of Appreciation during his time at the Stony Brook University Hospital as he demonstrated his exceptional clinical ability and leadership in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
Dr. Bruckner earned his endodontic specialty certificate working with some of the most highly-regarded practitioners in the field.
He is certified in Basic Life Support as well as Advanced Cardiac Life Support. As a third generation dentist, dentistry has been a part of Dr. Bruckner’s life from the beginning. Raised in Long Island, Dr. Bruckner now resides in Queens with his wife, four sons and daughter.
